In Tazewell County, for the 2011-12 school year, 56 Safe School students and 39 Tazewell Academy students shared a four-classroom building at Sacre Coeur, and in some instances, even shared classes.
The school is moving to the larger Homewood Heights School building in Creve Coeur, where the Safe School and Tazewell Academy students will have different entrances, different classrooms and different teachers. Within the Safe School, there will be a full-time junior high teacher to keep the small junior-high population insulated from the larger high-school population. Also, the campus will be closed at lunchtime and a dress code will be implemented. (Source)
